1. Returns Eligibility: a. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. b. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. c. Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Sale items are non-returnable.

2. Initiate a Return: a. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@comfisheets.com with your order number and reason for the return. b. Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

3. Return Shipping: a. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. b. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges: a. We do not offer exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
